The price includes everything you need for your stay: linen and towels, electricity consumption, heating and water.
The price does not include the final cleaning.
Check-in is free of charge from 16.00 until 19.30, Monday to Saturday. The check-in is guaranteed even after the indicated time but 20€ could be charged. It is possible to receive guests on Sundays, agreeing in advance.

Cancellations
Customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The customer pays the total amount if he cancels larger than 30 days before scheduled arrival date.
