Services

The price includes everything you need for your stay: linen and towels, electricity consumption, heating and water.
The price does not include the final cleaning.

Check-in is free of charge until 18.00, Monday to Saturday. The check-in is guaranteed even after the indicated time but could be charged 20 euros , which will go entirely to the person who will come to meet our guests. It is possible to receive guests on Sundays, agreeing in advance: eventual additional cost for Sunday check in to be agreed depending on time and date of arrival.

Check out from 8 am to 10 am

Minimum stay: 3 nights

House Rules

• Not suitable for babies (less than 2 years) – There are no cots or cribs
• Smoking is not permitted
• It is forbidden to organize parties / events
• Check-in time: 15.00 – 18.00
  
• Check-out time: 8.00 – 10.00 am

Cancellations

Customer can cancel free of charge up to 30 days before arrival.
The customer pays the total amount if he cancels larger than 30 days before scheduled arrival date.
